Wow, it's been a long time since I've submitted anything. Meh, life goes on. Speaking of life, it sure is quite a jerk. Always sneaking up on me when I least expect it. For now though it seems to have lost interest in me. Yay! Finally. I can continue on drawing, writing, or just plain doing whatever I feel like.
Now on to the piece! This work features Hetalia's Hungary (Elizabeta Héderváry), one of my favorite characters, in a bit of a bind. Now that I'm done stating the obvious, let me know what you think! It's been a while since I've drawn a girl. Also, the background sucks and my lines are off yet again (I really should invest in a ruler). Pointers would be appreciated.
P.S. Anyone else see an obnoxious little figure who snuck onto the page because he decided that he HAD to be drawn?
Your attention to detail is impeccable, the way you handled the blowing hair and the flames does a good job of conveying the drama of the scene, and quite frankly my favorite character looks even more badass than usual. AMAZING! ^^
O///O Thanks so much! I struggled a bit with the background and hair (the shading took for ever - especially with the hair), but I'm glad that I did Hungary justice. Thanks again!
Aw, thanks! I'm glad someone likes it. And yeah, Prussia does indeed tend to complicate things. No worries though. Hungary'll give it back to him a ten fold.
